Using a Personal Guarantee

When first obtaining credit for the corporation, owners will almost always be asked to provide their personal credit and co-sign the application as a personal guarantor. Those with poor credit will typically be turned down, while those with good credit and a reasonable loan request will be accepted.

When providing the
